This Exhibition is dedicated to TVAA president Jessie Swimeley's beloved cat who were captured in cat themed artworks by several local artists - "Inky" - who passed away in 2021. You can read more about Inky at our exhibition link from 2021:

Do you love cats? Wild cats. Domestic cats. Tabby cats. Alley cats. Lions. Tigers. Your beloved cat or the world through the eyes of a cat. Humans who wish they were cats. Humans whose cats own them. "Catwalk 2021" is about all the things we love about cats. We welcome any style or medium as long as we are able to digitally display it properly. Content must be family friendly. You are welcome to put your own spin of what cats mean to you.

Submission Criteria For Online Exhibitions:


PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE FILLING OUT THE ENTRY FORM


Complete the entry form and upload JPG images of up to 5 artworks you will have available for sale for the duration of this online exhibition, relevant to the theme, to apply for participation in this event. All events and exhibitions are juried and acceptance is not guaranteed - see the section below on “Acceptance and Content Criteria” as well as “Overall Presentation and Logistics Criteria”.

Copyright and Promotional Release


  • Avianne International, LLC reserves the right to refuse to do business with anyone at any time for any reason. This include any artists, sellers or buyers or third party individuals or businesses.
  • Participants must be 18 or older to participate.
  • All artworks must be original and must be available for sale in USA Dollar amounts. 
  • PLEASE DO NOT sell or display the artwork anywhere else or through any other means while it is part of our exhibition or placed for sale in our online store. All sales must go through our art store or through Avianne International LLC directly in case the buyer cannot purchase it through the art store for any reason.
  • PLEASE DO NOT frame artwork in any permanent way upon entry into this exhibition.
  • Pricing of work must not include framing, hanging or display options - buyers will be given this option if a sale occurs.  Buyers will be informed that the price may increase if "hang-ready" or "framed" or "installation" of any kind is required.
  • All accepted artwork must remain online for the duration of the event. 
  • All images of any artwork may be used for promotional purposes.
  • Please see the sections “Acceptance and Content Criteria”, “Important Dates and General Logistics” and “Shipping, Customs, Sales and Payment Logistics” for more information about acceptance, receiving and sales of artwork.


General Online Exhibition, Image and Sales Logistics


  • Artists can enter any 2D or 3D art - all entries must be family-friendly (no nudity, propaganda content or inappropriate themes or language) and must be in a format that could be shipped to a buyer with relative ease.
  • Artists are responsible for all costs and logistics, insurance of art work, shipping and fulfillment from their location. If you have questions about this, please reach out to Avianne. A check-list will be sent to the artist should a sale occur.
  • Artists must respond promptly and be able to communicate via e-mail regarding sales and logistics - if not, the artist will not be allowed to participate in future events or exhibitions at IGFA - we cannot conduct business without prompt communication.
  • Up to 3 images per artist will be posted in our virtual art store for sale (artists is responsible for fulfillment in case an original artwork sells and will sign a separate contract with Avianne for this). Images will not be posted in our online store unless the juried artist signs this contract.
  • Deadline to enter, event dates, acceptance, etc. - see the “Call for Entry” information posted with each exhibition on the website.
  • All entry is online, regardless of type of exhibition or event. Entries are not accepted without online form and correct payment, with clear images received.
  • Images of work must be provided in JPG or PNG format. Files may not exceed 1MB in size, but must show work accurately - images must be in focus, no filters, no glare, no reflections, not obscured or at strange angles. Do not send images that include the environment for 2D artwork - only the actual artwork without any background. 3D examples of sculpture must be photographed against a neutral background. 
  • Unusable images may result in rejection from the exhibition.
  • Proof of initial acceptance will be given once an entry is received, processed and approved.
  • Items must be dropped off / picked up / or delivered / removed / picked-up by seller or designated third party as appropriate before and after event is over.


Specific Sales Procedures and Logistics


  • Avianne will provide clear instructions for shipping and packing logistics if a sale occurs - please follow all instructions promptly and exactly. Avianne is not responsible for an artist bothing this process and a buyer withdrawing from a sale as a result.
  • Business Location from which the exhibition is administered: 1883 N Wildwood Street, Suite # M, Boise, ID 83713, USA. Please note that we do not currently have the staff to receive shipped items at the gallery unless pre-arranged.
  • PLEASE DO NOT send any artwork for online exhibitions to the physical location unless specifically instructed to do so for pick-up or redistribution to a buyer - all sales must be conducted as per Aviannes checklist instructions, sent to the artist, once a sale occurs - at that time Avianne will instruct the artist where and how to ship the work directly to the client.
  • PLEASE DO NOT deviate from instructions provided by Avianne regarding sales - there are sales taxes, gallery commissions and specific, legal (sometimes international and customs) considerations that must be followed for the protection of the artist, the buyer and IGFA
  • Unclaimed items will be stored at a fee / recycled / sold and / or given back to the artist, depending on the specific context.
  • Unsolicited work sent to us will be stored at a fee / sold to another collector and / or shipped back to the artist at the artist’s cost. 
  • We will donate work to charity or sell it and retain the full sales amount to recover logistical cost if work is abandoned at our location.

Sellers Requirements, Event Specifics and Allocations


  • Sellers must have access to infrastructure (wherever they are located) to enable and facilitate the shipping of artwork from the artist to the buyer directly. PLEASE DO NOT enter this exhibition if you are not physically or logistically capable of facilitating sales.
  • Seller must have a sales permit if required by law in their region and must comply with International, country-specific, USA and Idaho tax laws however applicable.
  • Seller must be self-insured and must directly represent themselves during a transaction of any kind.

Fees and Commission


Entry fees are utilized to cover the costs incurred by an event: administrative, hosting, judging, curating and marketing and are non-refundable.


  • Entry fee for this exhibition: $35 - for entering up to 5 artworks.
  • Up to 3 of the 5 artworks will be displayed online in the art store.

  • Avianne international LLC will process all payments to insure a legal and safe transactional process, unless specifically arranged otherwise, in which case the buyer and / or artist are responsible for upholding any laws that may pertain to the transaction.
  • A 30% commission will be claimed by Avianne before payment is made to the artist.
  • IGFA donates 10 percent of all gallery profits to non-profit wildlife conservation and humanitarian aid organizations in the USA and South Africa. See our website(s) for more details.



Acceptance and Content Criteria


  • Exhibition may be limited in scope - see “Exhibition Listing” on website to know if the exhibit is international / national / online / Idaho-based or such.
  • All events, exhibitions and opportunities IGFA offers are juried. Acceptance is not guaranteed. 
  • All work entered must be for sale in USA Dollar amounts. If you are accepted into the exhibition but are unsure about pricing, we can help you determine an appropriate price for your work.
  • The gallery owner, judges and / or curator involved reserve the right to deny any items entry into an exhibition for any practical or contextual reason.
  • Exhibition themes are open for interpretation. We encourage intelligent, conceptual, visual, thematic, subjective and art historical interpretations.
  • The space or format utilized by IGFA for this event is family friendly - items that contain vulgarity, explicit nudity, physically dangerous or toxic parts or any extreme content deemed inappropriate by judges will not be accepted.
  • Avianne International LLC reserves the right to refuse doing business with anyone. Should our gallery, patrons, or artists not be respected by anyone, we reserve the right to refuse accepting artwork and / or to reject artwork from any exhibition, effective immediately. 
  • Please see the above submission criteria for all logistics, content, and procedures we require.



Overall Presentation and Installation Criteria


  • Work need not be framed or hang-ready when displayed online. However: Avianne may require that you ship the artwork hang-ready upon request from a buyer. At that time, you will be provided with clear instructions regarding how to prepare the artwork.
  • PLEASE DO NOT prepare work for being hang-ready (orin the case of sculpture, display-ready) without receiving specific instructions for it from Avianne - work will be rejected from the sale if it is not prepared professionally.
  • We cannot generally accept any items that require electricity, water, chemicals, mechanics or any alternative method of installation or presentation we mention in this entry form. If your work requires special installation of any kind or involve any type of access to water or electricity, contact us before entering.
  • No work can weigh more than 40 lbs / 20 kg (including shipping / packaging weight) and cannot contain any sharp edges, overly fragile elements, dangerous chemicals, unsafe protrusions or unsafe free moving parts.



Juried Exhibition Criteria


  • IGFA conducts a jury process to select quality and high caliber fine art and any other items.
  • Typically art work / any item is screened / juried according to the following criteria:
  • Meeting the content, presentation and installation criteria mentioned in this application form and required for each individual exhibition or event (No art will be accepted without first meeting this criteria, however brilliant it may be).
  • Conceptual and creative interpretation of subject matter and exhibition or event theme (the name of the exhibition carries the essence of the exhibition theme - see our exhibition description on the website for more details).
  • Excellence in stylistic execution using the media (artistic skill or crafting level and individual, visual form language being displayed).
  • Aesthetic criteria are considered: use of color, line, perspective, composition, chiaroscuro, volume, space etc.
  • Originality of artwork or item also plays a role.
